cameron st.clair archer was born and raised in Washington, DC.  she studied anthropology and art history in college. She interned at the Smithsonian National Anthropological Archives, where she had access to materials that document the world’s cultures, finding herself drawn to the jewelry and ornamental designs from cultures around the world, specifically Native American jewelry.  She began drawing and designing jewelry shortly thereafter, and launched her line, Saint Clair in the spring of 2013.

What began as a hobby quickly turned into a full time job.  Cameron loves to make simple, yet bold jewelry.  Inspired by the American Southwest, her pieces recall western heritage attire, with a feminine twist.  In her spare time, Cameron enjoys camping and exploring the vast array of land surrounding her home in san francisco…and always with her dog, Zephyr.
